A lot of those are either speculation or totally full of shit.

For one, Launch did appear at the beginning of Z (In a bar) and at the end of the Buu arc (Gave energy to the genki dama that killed Buu)... The bar scene in the Saiyajin arc may be filler, but I am 99% sure her giving energy to the Genki Dama is canon.

Namekians don't grow all that fast, Piccolo Jr. grew so fast because of plot progression and the fact he was a demon more than a Namekian back then. Look at Dende, he aged slow as fuck... lol

Future Trunks couldn't have gotten his sword from Tapion. Hirudegarne was stronger than SSJ3 and fusion when his temper didn't get the better of him, in any regards, there is no way in hell Future Trunks or anyone from his timeline could have defeated Hirudegarne and/or met Tapion.
